The Full Service
$5k per room
Full Service Design is for clients who require Dahlia Home for on site assistance and vendor correspondence. From start to finish, we are with you every step of the way. Purchases will be made by Dahlia Home for the client through trade only vendors to ensure the highest quality of design. Starts at $3500 for design fees per room.
Kitchen or Bathroom Material Selections
$1.5k per room
One of the most overwhelming parts of a renovation or remodel is curating materials and selections so that space is beautifully functional and cohesive design that blends seamlessly.
We will curate the following for you:
Select flooring (whether it be tile, laminate, engineered hardwood or exotic hardwood)
Provide backsplash samples
Coordinate paint colors
Choose light fixtures
Select the style, finish and color of cabinets and countertops
Find quality hardware and plumbing fixtures
Dahlia Home will assist you in making these decisions for you so all you have to do is measure and buy, or hire a contractor to do the work.
We provide samples for you to see and feel and present how to coordinate the selections for your project. We discuss furniture, appliances and paint color suggestions best suited for your space.

Interior Design Services for Commercial Build Outs

Whether you need a painter, carpenter, or general contractor, we will assist you by conducting research and recommending vetted tradesmen for your project. We cover and assist with coordination, communication and correspondence with vendors on your behalf. Our assistance includes meetings, phone calls, site visits, email correspondence, order reviews, procurement, implementation and ensuring client satisfaction.
3D Renders
$350+ each room
We offer 3D render services to those who would like to visual a space. We help residential and commercial clients love to see their designs come to life in detail.
